Mr. Ben Brookmyer is a 20-year resident of Meredith,  works as a carpenter serving the local community, and is running to represent Meredith in the NH House.  Mr. Brookmyer  is married and has one child. 

 

While continuing to work, he was able to recently graduate from Plymouth State University.  

 

Despite more than one request, he did not answer the Citizens for Belknap questionnaire for positions on county issues.  He did respond to the Citizens Count survey, but his answers were limited and the majority were listed as undecided.

While we applaud Mr. Brookmyer for his diligence in finishing his degree while working and raising a family, he apparently has had  little time to campaign in Meredith.   He does not seem like an extreme candidate, but Meredith would be better served by a more informed and eager representative.
