Thank you for your efforts to include all of the candidates despite the circumstances. I sent you this in messenger just moments ago after much consideration of what it seems are your organization's concerns about our leadership.
This is a video recorded nearly four years ago to the day that the Citizens for Belknap surveys were originally due.
Today was the first day that I chose to watch this video from start to finish and my heart was racing the entire time. When I think about those moments and every agonizing non-operational day that went by at Gunstock, I am reminded of my unshakable commitment to doing my best for Belknap county. Just 23 days later, my two healthy sons were born (by the grace of God). Now five years later, I can still count the number of Gunstock Area Commission meetings that I've missed on one hand.
My record of attendance will not embarrass Belknap county.
I will NEVER support leasing or selling our county assets.
You have seen first hand as many residents have, that I abhor poorly organized and executed meetings.
"Hell will freeze over" before I would deny the public an opportunity to be heard.
I've lived here in Belknap county for 15 years. My husband and I bought our starter home on Ridgewood Avenue in Gilford and worked hard to make it a charming part of our tight knit neighborhood. From the schools to the community church, the mountain, area youth programs and so much more, we've embraced this community. I love it here and I'm committed to the area.
I agree that we need principled, reasonable and responsible representation. My primary interest is to maintain and protect the qualities that make Belknap a gem for families, businesses and visitors. That is why I'm running.
I humbly ask for your endorsement and a recommendation for State Representative from the Citizens for Belknap.
