Mr. Minor is running for state representative.

Mr. Minor has chosen not to share much of anything with the public about his candidacy, his background, or his views on issues. He has no candidate website that we've found, but what information we have found would indicate he has extreme right leanings. Given the lack of information, Citizens for Belknap does not recommend Mr. Minor as a reasonable or responsible candidate.
We are awaiting Mr. Minor's 2026 Primary Election Questionnaire, and his General Election questionnaire, which he apparently has chosen not to share with the voters. Likewise, he has not completed his Citizens Count survey questions, either. He appears not to have a candidate website or campaign Facebook page.
Mr. Minor is the spouse of Sheri Minor, who chose not to run for re-election. Mr. Minor has posted a candidacy announcement in the Laconia Daily Sun, in which he espouses:
"I'm running because I want to be a strong voice for our community in Concord. I believe state government works best when it's represented by people who understand the everyday challenges and opportunities facing the families, workers, seniors, and small businesses they serve."
He does not appear to have been profiled by the Laconia Daily Sun.
Mr. Minor is president of Taylor/Minor Enterprises Inc, which he's operated since incorporating in 1990. His wife, Sheri Minor works with her father-in-law Don Minor, DRM Corporation, and we believe that Mr. Minor is also actively involved in his family's apartment rental business.
We found few footprints of Mr. Minor's involvement in city committees or nonprofit boards, other than attending the occasional meeting. Other than his introductory letter, there are no other letters written by him in the Laconia Daily Sun.
Recently, Mr. Minor has been posting on Laconia Facebook groups about his efforts cleaning up homeless encampments around the city. It's not clear to us whether this is an ongoing community service project, or just a campaign-related publicity stunt. We so far have seen no policy proposals from Mr. Minor on addressing the homelessness crisis.
We did check out his Facebook page, which, we urge voters to also do before voting for Mr. Minor. We found many extreme and sometimes offensive MAGA memes and short comments, but no policy proposals or meaningful issue discussions.
