Mr. Rossi is running for state representative.

Mr. Minor does not have a contested county primary race. As such, we will not post his recommendation until after Sept. 8.
We are awaiting Mr. Minor's 2026 Questionnaire, which he apparently has chosen not to share with the voters. He has not completed his Citizens Count survey questions, either. He appears not to have a candidate website or campaign Facebook page.
Mr. Minor is the spouse of Sheri Minor, who chose not to run for re-election. Mr. Minor has posted a candidacy announcement in the Laconia Daily Sun, in which he espouses:
"I'm running because I want to be a strong voice for our community in Concord. I believe state government works best when it's represented by people who understand the everyday challenges and opportunities facing the families, workers, seniors, and small businesses they serve."
Mr. Minor is president of Taylor/Minor Enterprises Inc, which he's operated since incorporating in 1990. He may also have rental property holdings in Laconia, but our research couldn't verify.
We found few footprints of Mr. Minor's involvement in city committees or nonprofit boards, other than attending the occasional meeting. Other than his introductory letter, there are no other letters in the Laconia Daily Sun.
We did check out his Facebook page, and found many MAGA memes and short comments, but no policy proposals or meaningful issue discussions.
